Each moment everyday of our lives we engage in choice.  We decide what we will do.  Some of our choices make our life better some make our life more challenging.   Optimal wellness stems from making positive life choices, becoming aligned with our life purpose and reaching our life goals.

Optimal wellness is multi-dimensional.  It encompasses more than the health of our physical bodies and includes how we feel about ourselves, what we think about our lives and the world around us,  our relationships with our family, friends and community, living in a clean and toxin free place, our inner relationship to our true self, our alignment with our life purpose and our appreciation of the beauty that surrounds us.  It is physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness.

Having optimal wellness is a life long process of making the right choices, taking good care of ourselves, keeping our hearts open,  practicing loving-kindness for ourselves and others and staying on track to achieve  our life goals.
